The FLOK Bars are next level good. I really enjoyed them and my stomach enjoyed them way more not having any nasties in them! Yum!

Tried the vanilla as a post-run breakfast along with my usual protein powder drink, it worked just as well post as pre. The flavor is nice but not overpowering, and it's super transportable and convenient. These might be a good solution to the morning run carb conundrum, I'm not great at eating around runs.
Snacked on a chocolate one on the drive to my tempo run, totally benefitted from the carbs with no gut complaints. Good flavour and easy to eat, even in the morning. Liking these!

Vanilla is possibly even greater than chocolate and chocolate is amazing!! Super glad I’ve found flok and love them for fuelling my gym sessions. So easy just to grab and go and it couldn’t be easier to get those carbs in at 4:30am during the drive to the gym. Love it 🤩

Hey guys. I appreciate a healthy, natural energy bar, but I found both flavours to be quite flavourless. Also, the bar texture was a bit stale and chalky, a bit like an old rice crispy treat.
The products were stale. Not much else to say

Great taste and provided the hit of energy prior to a long rowing session. Didn’t feel heavy in my guts while hitting the higher watts. Awesome, will order more
I took a vanilla one as part of my nutrition for a three hour ride through the hills. Great taste and way easier to eat on the bike than the bars I usually take. The level of saltines was just perfect too. Will definitely continue to enjoy these.
