WHAT THE FLOK IS ODD FLOK?

Every now and then, a batch comes out a little... different.

Maybe it's crunchier than we wanted.

Maybe the texture is harder.

Maybe the shape looks like someone sat on it.

There's nothing wrong with the ingredients, and there's nothing wrong with eating them.

They just don't meet the standard we set for regular FLOK.

And throwing perfectly good food in the bin because it isn't pretty enough feels stupid.

Nobody likes food wastage.

So we made ODD FLOK.

Too good for the bin. Not good enough for full-price FLOK.

STILL FLOK. JUST ODD..

WE COULD THROW THEM OUT. But that would be dumb. We care a lot about what leaves FLOK HQ. If a batch isn't where we want it to be, we don't want to pretend otherwise and sell it as regular stock. But when the product is perfectly good to eat, throwing thousands of bars into the bin because they're a bit too crunchy doesn't make much sense either. So now they get another chance.You get cheaper FLOK. We waste less food. Everyone wins...Except maybe the bin.

  • No. ODD FLOK exists because of texture, flavour consistency or appearance issues - not because we're trying to unload expired stock.

  • Nope. That's part of ODD FLOK.

  • ODD FLOK contains same as regular FLOK -  almonds. It may also contain peanuts and other tree nuts due to the processing line.

  • They're made using the same recipe, although texture differences can change the eating experience slightly.

  • It varies. The most common reason is texture. Some bars may also look slightly misshapen or uneven. Flavour can vary slightly too. That's more rare - like a 1st Edition Shadowless Charizard

  • ODD FLOK is sold specifically because it doesn't meet our normal standard, so please only buy it if you're comfortable with that.

  • Because FLOK is an energy bar, not a protein bar.

    Protein bars are usually built for recovery, dieting or hitting protein targets. FLOK is built to fuel training, so the main focus is carbs, low fibre, low fat, and ingredients that are easier to get down before a hard session.

    We’ve added collagen, but we’ve kept the bar carb-led because that’s what your body actually needs when you’re about to run, lift, push, ride or grind.

  • Every ODD FLOK batch is different.

    You may receive bars that are:

    • Harder or crunchier than regular FLOK
    • Slightly misshapen
    • More compact or loosely bound
    • Uneven in appearance
    • Different in texture from bar to bar

    What you won't receive is a bar we're knowingly selling because it's unsafe to eat.

    ODD FLOK is about quality and texture imperfections — not flogging off food that belongs in the bin.
