Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Flok Pty Ltd (ACN 694 302 184) of Wollongong, NSW, Australia (“FLOK”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Promotion name

FLOK HYROX Sydney Subscription Giveaway

3. Promotional period

The promotion opens at 6am AEST on 1st June, 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 24 June 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

Entries received after the Promotional Period will not be accepted.

4. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who:

1. purchase a FLOK subscription box during the Promotional Period;
2. complete the HYROX Sydney giveaway entry form before the promotion closes;
3. remain subscribed to their FLOK subscription at the time of the draw;
4. are available to attend HYROX Sydney on the relevant event date if selected as a winner; and
5. can provide all required ticket transfer details within the required timeframe.

Employees, contractors, officers and shareholders of the Promoter, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

Anyone involved in the administration of this promotion is also not eligible to enter.

5. How to enter

To enter, eligible customers must:

1. purchase a FLOK subscription box during the Promotional Period; and
2. complete the HYROX Sydney giveaway entry form linked in the post-purchase email.

Entrants must provide the same email address used for their FLOK subscription order, or enough information for FLOK to verify their order and subscription status.

Entry is optional. Customers who purchase a subscription but do not complete the entry form will not be entered into the draw.

Only one entry is permitted per eligible customer.

6. Prize

There are two prizes available:

1. One Women’s Doubles team entry to HYROX Sydney, scheduled for Friday 1 July 2026.
2. One Men’s Doubles team entry to HYROX Sydney, scheduled for Saturday 1 July 2026.

The total prize pool is valued at A$945.72, including applicable service fees, Lite Flex add-ons and GST/taxes.

Prize includes HYROX Sydney event entry only.

Unless expressly stated, the prize does not include travel, accommodation, transfers, meals, parking, insurance, spending money, race gear, training costs or any other associated costs.

7. Ticket transfer and name change conditions

HYROX tickets will be transferred to the winner after the prize is accepted.

The winner must provide all information reasonably required to complete the ticket transfer, including full name, email address, mobile number and any other details required by the event organiser or ticketing platform.

Each ticket can only be transferred/name-changed once, from FLOK to the winner.

Once transferred, the ticket cannot be transferred again by FLOK or changed to another person.

The winner is responsible for ensuring all details provided are accurate. FLOK is not responsible for any issue, loss, error, inability to attend or failed ticket transfer arising from incorrect details supplied by the winner.

8. Draw details

The draw will take place on 25 June 2026 at approximately 12pm AEST in Wollongong, NSW.

Winners will be selected by random draw from all valid eligible entries.

Where possible, entrant ticket preference will be considered. However, final prize allocation is subject to availability and FLOK’s reasonable discretion.

9. Winner notification and acceptance

Winners will be contacted by email and/or phone within 1 business day of the draw.

Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification to accept the prize and provide all required ticket transfer details.

If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, is ineligible, cannot attend, cannot accept the prize, or cannot provide the required transfer details, FLOK may redraw the prize.

10. Redraw

If required, a redraw will take place on 27 June 2026 at approximately 12pm AEST in Wollongong, NSW.

If required due to event timing, ticketing deadlines or operational requirements, FLOK may conduct a redraw earlier or later, provided the redraw is conducted fairly from the pool of valid eligible entries.

Redraw winners will be contacted by email and/or phone and must respond within the timeframe specified by FLOK.

11. Prize conditions

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

The winner is responsible for ensuring they and their doubles partner are physically able and available to attend and participate in the relevant HYROX Sydney event.

If the event is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, changed or otherwise impacted for reasons outside FLOK’s reasonable control, FLOK is not responsible for any loss, cost, inconvenience or disappointment suffered by the winner.

Where appropriate, FLOK may, at its discretion, offer a substitute prize of similar value.

12. Verification

FLOK reserves the right to verify each entrant’s identity, age, residency, contact details, subscription status, order details and eligibility.

FLOK may disqualify any entrant who submits incomplete, false, misleading or fraudulent information, tampers with the entry process, breaches these Terms & Conditions, or otherwise acts unfairly or dishonestly.

Entries are personal to the entrant and cannot be transferred, sold or submitted on behalf of another person.

13. Privacy

FLOK will collect entrants’ personal information for the purpose of conducting the promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting winners, administering the prize and transferring tickets.

This may include name, email address, phone number, order details, ticket preference and any other information reasonably required to administer the promotion.

Personal information may be shared with the event organiser, ticketing platform or service providers where required to transfer or administer the prize.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the FLOK Privacy Policy.

14. Marketing communications

Entrants may receive marketing communications from FLOK if they have consented to receive them.

Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing communications after entering may affect FLOK’s ability to contact the entrant about the promotion, unless alternative contact details have been provided.

15. No affiliation

This promotion is run by FLOK.

It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with HYROX, Instagram, Meta, Shopify or Mailchimp.

HYROX names and marks are used only to identify the event prize.

16. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLOK is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, cost or claim arising from participation in the promotion, attendance at the event, use of the prize, or any technical issue, platform outage, email deliverability issue or third-party service failure beyond FLOK’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

17. General

FLOK’s decisions about eligibility, entry validity, disqualification, prize allocation and prize awarding are final, acting reasonably.

FLOK may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if required due to fraud, technical failure, event changes, ticketing issues, regulatory requirements or circumstances beyond FLOK’s reasonable control.

If this occurs, FLOK will take reasonable steps to notify entrants by updating the promotion page and/or contacting affected entrants.

18. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
